Hey there,

Ok, if I were you this is what I would do. Eliminate sugar and caffeine for at least a day one day. Drink green tea instead- it has lots of antioxidants. If possible get a large pot of chicken soup going- you could get a small package of wings/legs whatever as long as there are bones, put it in the crockpot with water, drop a carrot and a stick of celery in and let it cook overnight, then season to taste. Drink a lot of it.

This might be hard, but I've heard that it works every time. Cayenne. Take it in capsules or put tiny amounts in some hot water with lemon and honey. Warm some olive oil, or even better virgin coconut oil, with a crushed clove of garlic. When you smell garlic (if you can smell) drop a few drops in each ear 3 times a day. One other remedy: boil a cup of water. Pour it over 1 T finely chopped fresh garlic and let steep 5 minutes. Add honey to taste and organic apple cider vinegar if you can get some. Drink it all!!!

All of these are totally safe for baby- the cayenne boosts circulation, so blood flow would be better for baby too. Garlic is antibiotic, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal. Fresh is best, bit the aged stuff called Kyolic is excellent as well.

If you just picked one or two things off the list, the garlic oil in the ear and cayenne would be the best. So is the chicken broth.

Hope that helps! If I could I would come make it for you :)

Thanks so much Anneatheart. I believe I will get right on it. I may need to have hubby run out to get a few things. I think I am out of garlic but I will try to get some. Again, thanks so much. Prayers and blessings.
