T-ball starts today and with hubby managing the team our evenings are going to be very busy. So I need to come up with a plan for fast or crockpot meals that can be whipped up in a hurry.
Monday-crockpot Italian chicken
Tuesday-beans and cornbread
Wednesday-burgers and baked beans
Thursday-salmon patties and fried potatoes
That should do it. Of course leftovers will be used for next days lunch.
